In terms of standard support, the alliance focuses on energy consumption, water quality, green products and other industry key points, and has completed the standards of Biodegradable spunbonded Nonwovens, Water reuse Requirements for spunlaced nonwovens, and recycled polypropylene nonwovens Handbag, etc. Standards such as Calculation Method and Basic Quota of Comprehensive Energy Consumption for Spunlaced Nonwovens Enterprises, Quota of Water Intake for Spunlaced Nonwovens Enterprises and Technical Specification for Green Design Evaluation for spunlaced Nonwovens were established to further strengthen the foundation for green development of the industry. In terms of brand cultivation, the alliance continues to promote the certification work of "biodegradable" and "flushable". At present, 32 certification units of 24 companies have passed the "biodegradable" certification, and 2 certification units of 2 companies have passed the "flushable" certification. A number of well-known enterprises, such as Babycare, Zhongshun Jierou (002511) and Unieca, have used the certification logo for product packaging and brand promotion; In terms of publicity and promotion, AFRO Green Alliance and Satri Group jointly created a cloud lecture with the theme of "Green non-woven", and developed public welfare brand cultivation and publicity and promotion activities with the theme of "green movables textile", and carried out popular science and concept guidance around the concept of green, low-carbon and sustainable industry. In respect of honor competition, the alliance actively organized member units to apply for honors related to green development, scientific and technological innovation and product promotion. Dalian Ruiguang and Hangzhou Road were awarded as water-saving enterprises in the textile industry, while Hangzhou Noobang Spunspunx non-woven fabric Workshop and Dalian Ruiguang Dispersible Line Workshop were awarded as advanced water-saving innovative collective in the textile industry. In 2023 and beyond, Green Alliance will continue to do the following. (1) Strengthen research and design: actively study and explore the work of "double carbon" industry, and strengthen the science and technology related to green and sustainable development and standardization research; We will accelerate basic research and industrial demonstrations on green design products, green factories and green supply chains. (2) Improve the system and lead the demonstration: speed up the formulation of standards such as Biodegradable Spunbonded Nonwovens, Technical Specifications for the Evaluation of Green Design Products, Spunlaced Nonwovens, Calculation Method and Basic Quota of Comprehensive Energy Consumption for Spunlaced Nonwovens Enterprises, and improve the standard system; (3) Technology research and industry benchmarking: Sorting out key technologies for the green development of the industrial chain, organizing technology research and promotion of green production, energy conservation, consumption reduction and emission reduction; Establish a standard system for green manufacturing and cleaner production in the industry, and set standards for energy efficiency and water efficiency. (4) Cultivating brands and guiding consumption: correctly guiding terminal consumption and enhancing consumers' awareness of green consumption; Guide enterprises to fulfill their social responsibilities; To organize popularization of science and improve the influence of Green Alliance and "biodegradable" and "separable" certification marks. In 2023, the Green League will launch work models such as "uncovering the list and taking charge" and "highlighting the flag" to boost the implementation of key work of the Alliance.
Zhang Yun said that in recent years, Spunlaced industry is facing major challenges of green and low-carbon, which is also an important opportunity for industrial structure adjustment and industry development. It is necessary to adhere to scientific and technological innovation and green development, and accelerate the construction of green and low-carbon standardization system and the development and promotion of green products.
Jin Xiangyu said that the dual-carbon work in the industry needs to be detailed, specific, and systematic. Research institutes need to make greater contributions to the green and low-carbon development of the industry in terms of raw material application, equipment development, technology research, science popularization and other aspects.
Zhang Qing said that industrial enterprises can pay more attention to the existing green and low-carbon achievements of scientific research institutes, and apply more green raw materials, technology and product solutions to industrial projects, product development and marketing.
Yin Wenling said that healthy medical company actively practices green factory, energy management system and other work, but also hopes that the industry will pay more attention to the personalized low-carbon concept of enterprise differentiated products, as well as the green and low-carbon attributes of products in the use scenario.
Liu Tao said that the work of AFRO Green Alliance is in line with the theme of the development of The Times. Thanks to the support of the industry and alliance members in the past two years, Satelli, as the chairman unit of AFRO Green Alliance, will continue to be full of fighting spirit, full of confidence, initiative and active actions, and promote the green and low-carbon development of the alliance and the industry with a sense of responsibility and mission.
Li Guimei delivered a keynote speech on the topic of "Green development is not for me, innovative development is the right time". She said that since its establishment two years ago, the alliance construction has made great progress, the brand of the alliance is growing vigorously, and the service of the alliance is sinking. As for the strength of future work, Li Guimei suggested: first, give full play to the role of platform link, and do a good job in the transformation, promotion and exchange of green achievements and innovation achievements; Second, expand the ecosystem of platform development, and do a good job in the extension and connotation of non-woven green alliance; Third, provide policy support to benefit the development of the platform and provide guidance and suggestions on green development policies of the industry. In the end, Li Guimei said that she hoped that Green League could continue to take root in the industry, serve enterprises, pool forces, continue to make new breakthroughs in green service innovation, continue to guide the new trend of green consumption and responsible consumption, and continue to explore new ways to promote the transformation and upgrading of the industry.
In his concluding speech, Li Lingshen pointed out that green development has become the basic principle of industry development and occupies an important position in the global value chain system. The industry should actively implement the twenty spirit, coordinate the resources of nonwoven industry chain and coordinate the relationship between green, low-carbon and low-cost. Secondly, China's nonwoven industry is still in the growth stage, and green development and green consumption are still in the stage of multi-level and multi-demand coexistence.
